Job Descriptions
•Identify and strategically target potential clients in diverse international markets. •Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with global customers and business partners. •Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting leads to closing deals and ensuring post-sale satisfaction. •Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed about customer demands, emerging trends, and competitors’ activities. •Negotiate contracts effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. •Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, operations, and logistics, to provide seamless service delivery. •Act as a brand ambassador at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events. •Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and KPIs. •Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  2. At least 2–3 years of experience in international sales, business development, or a comparable role.
  3. Strong understanding of global trade dynamics and cultural nuances in communication.
  4. Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in English (fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous).
  6. Skilled in using CRM platforms, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Availability for international travel as business needs dictate.
  8. Experience in industries such as B2B in domestic or international sales.
  9. A well-established network of international clients or industry contacts.
  10. Familiarity with international trade regulations and practices.
  11. Proven ability to adapt and succeed in diverse cultural and business environments.
