Job Descriptions
1. Processing an Import shipments as per shipping instruction this will included coordinate with oversea offices, other stations and carrier
2. Ensure a smooth booking, documentation and invoicing process
3. Good responsible for they own job and ability to handle situations.
4. Preparing shipping docs (Bill of lading, Pre-Alert)
5. Co-ordinate with related department/division for smooth operation.
6. Issue Debit / Credit note and Invoice.
Qualifications
- Male or female
- Age between 23 – 40 years old.
- 1-3 year experience or over in import-export field, or logistics field.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Good command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to communicate in Chinese.
