Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุม บริหารจัดการงานภายในแผนกให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย 2.คัด CV และนัดสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครงาน 3.จัดหาคอร์สฝึกอบรม ติดตามหลักสูตรอบรมให้เป็นไปตามแผน และติดตามการประเมินผลฝึกอบรม 4.ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ เช่น ตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี , Company Retreat เป็นต้น 5.จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบุคคล 6.จัดทำระบบ Time Attendance และตรวจสอบข้อมูลขาด ลา มาสายของพนักงาน 7.จัดทำเงินเดือน ประกันสังคม ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง 8.ปฏิบัติตามงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายของผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานทรัพยากรมนุษย์ อย่างน้อย 3ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน MS.Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีไหวพริบปฏิภาณในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
  6. มีความอดทน และมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานด้าน HR
  7. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี และกล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น กล้าตัดสินใจในการทำงาน
