Electrical Construction Material Division Product: Wiring Device, Socket, Receptacle, Switch ๋Job Description: Inventory Management: -Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and customer demand. -Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records. -Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and stockouts. Procurement: -Collaborate with procurement team to source materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers. -Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost. -Forecast material requirements based on production schedules and historical consumption data. Material Planning: -Develop and implement material planning strategies to support production schedules. -Coordinate with production, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of material needs with business objectives. -Utilize forecasting tools and methodologies to anticipate material demand. Supplier Relationship Management: -Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. -Work closely with suppliers to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and improve overall supplier performance. -Identify alternative suppliers and assess their capabilities. Documentation and Reporting: -Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchases, and material movements. -Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material control. -Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree of Economic , marketing, statistic
Have experience 1-2 year in Purchasing, Production control
Good communication skill, good command of English
Have computer skill Excel Word and power point.
Understanding of purchasing materials managing & Production planning, etc.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand and replenishment processes.
