About the job:
As a Paid Performance Marketing Analyst, you will craft unique recommendations and solutions for our customers and have a deep understanding of the market, industry, and business model of the companies you work with. You'll manage advertising online campaigns by partnering in a pod with Customer Success Teams. Within this pod, you will help clients meet their business goals, surfacing the relevant opportunities, design comprehensive solutions, and deliver those solutions. You will develop deep expertise to design solutions ranging across all search, display, shopping, mobile, and video, and will be measured on key metrics aligned to the client business’s goals. You will have significant visibility with director-level Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, so you will show excellent leadership skills, including people management experience.
Responsibilities:
Managing, training, and developing a team of PPM professionals
Develop and refine internal processes to ensure efficient workflow
Be responsible for the work and performance of your subordinates
Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to determine optimal support for the customer portfolio.
Develop a deep comprehension of our digital solutions and the scenarios in which they are a good fit for our clients.
Analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights for clients.
Implement solutions, track performance and optimize against advertiser goals.
Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience planning and executing multiple digital marketing platforms including budget management.
Ability to communicate in a structured and clear manner at senior levels to influence outcomes and collaborate internally and externally Ability to develop and understand strategy, value proposition, brand attributes, and execution.
