Job Descriptions
Sales Management: Oversee and grow sales performance across key retail accounts (e.g., EVEANDBOY, Beautrium, Watsons, Konvy,Store) and wholesale channels. Responsible for managing sales and operations of the company's own retail branches. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets for both external and in-house channels. Monitor and analyze sales data to forecast demand, manage inventory, and identify growth opportunities. Prepare and submit monthly sales and performance reports to the management team. Branch Operations Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company's retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Work with store managers to set sales targets, plan promotions, and optimize customer service. Regularly visit branches to assess performance, address challenges, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that store layouts, displays, and merchandising align with brand guidelines and attract customers. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and onboard new clients in Modern Trade, wholesale, and regional markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with both external partners and loyal customers in in-house stores. Act as the primary liaison between the company and key clients to negotiate terms and strengthen partnerships. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate procurement and inventory management to meet the demands of retail, wholesale, and in-house stores. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient stock handling, timely deliveries, and restocking. Monitor inventory levels across all channels to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Event & Promotion Management: Plan and organize promotional events and in-store activities to drive traffic and boost sales in company branches. Collaborate with external partners to manage trade promotions, booth setups, and other events. Evaluate the performance of promotional activities and refine strategies for
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5–7 years in sales and operations, preferably in retail, trading, or distribution businesses.
  3. Proven success in managing retail stores, wholesale channels, and Modern Trade partnerships.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-branch operations.
  5. Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail or inventory management software.
  8. Ability to analyze sales and operational data to make data-driven decisions.
  9. Willingness to travel for store visits, client meetings, and events.
  10. Experience in managing both owned retail branches and external trade accounts. Familiarity with the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
