Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารและข้อมูลต่างๆ ในการจัดซื้อสินค้าต่างประเทศ - จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารเพื่อชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า ส่งออกสินค้าไปต่างประเทศ - ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องต่างๆ ทั้งในและนอกบริษัท เพื่อการจัดซื้อ การนำเข้า การส่งออก สินค้าต่างประเทศ - จัดเตรียมและดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสินค้า - ทำรายงานสต็อก Movement - ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สวัสดิการ - เงินโบนัสตามผลงาน - ประกันสังคม - ตามข้อตกลงของบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. มีความรู้ด้านภาษาจีน และ ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
  2. มีความรับผิดชอบ
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงานสูง เรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว
  5. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านการนำเข้า-ออกส่ง ประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  6. หากเคยใช้งานโปรแกรม ERP Microsoft Dynamic365 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
