Job Descriptions
- Responsible for all secretarial, all correspondences and other documents as assign by superior.
- Prepare meeting agenda, take minutes of meetings, arrange appointments, meeting rooms and necessary material related to board meeting and internal meetings.
- Act as translator or interpreter to translate document (Chinese - English-Thai), draft letters, memo, etc.
- Business trip arrangement which include the transportation, hotel, visa application.
- Other task assign by superior.
Qualifications
- Age 25-35 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative, Chinese or related field.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (HSK 5-6), Thai, English are necessary.
- Good coordinator with strong organizing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Mature, proactive, and service-mind.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
