Job Descriptions
1. จัดเตรียมความพร้อมการให้บริการประจำวันที่เคาน์เตอร์ก่อนศูนย์ฯ เปิด - ปิด 2. สร้างความประทับใจให้กับผู้ใช้บริการและลูกค้า พร้อมให้บริการข้อมูล ข่าวสาร กิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของศูนย์การค้า 2. ประสานงานร้านค้า แจ้งข้อมูล ข่าวสาร กิจกรรมต่างๆ ของศูนย์การค้า 3. ดูแลเอกสารต่างๆ ดูแลคูปอง รับโทรศัพท์ ประกาศแจ้งข่าวต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 4. ช่วยแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ ให้แก่ลูกค้า รับข้อร้องเรียนเพื่อส่งต่อให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา 5. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน และภายนอกองค์กร ประสานงานฝ่ายต่างๆ ภายในองค์กร 6. จัดสปอตโปรโมชั่น แคมเปญ หรืออื่นๆ เพื่อใช้ในเสียงตามสายของศูนย์การค้า 7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 32 ปี วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการท่อง, การโรงแรม, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์งานบริการ Information, Reception, ของศูนย์การค้าฯ, โรงแรม
  3. มีทักษะด้านงานบริการ มี Service Maid บุคลิกภาพดี
  4. มีมุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ รับภาวะกดดันและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office พื้นฐานได้
  6. สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้ (ไม่หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์/วันหยุดนักขัตกฤษ์)
  7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีนได้ดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
