Job Descriptions
- Responsible for HR full function, strong in HRM & HRD.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for knowledge systematic training. Support for employees career path in company.
- Responsible for salary structure and welfare to be accurate, including developing an efficient performance evaluation system combines with company's policy
-Responsible for manpower planning needs, formulate. Ensure the rationality of quantity and structure.
- Plan, develop and implement Recruitment system to be appropriate and efficient. Conducting recruitment and selection process.
-End to End Recruitment handling for all the functions like Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Designer, Interiors, Technical and Blue-collar.
-Managing primary pillars of recruitment like cost per hire, turnaround time (TAT), quality of hire etc.
- Implement the internal communications (PR)
- Build company culture having service mind and ownership mindset
- Ensure to keep employees feel enriched, engaged and empowered
- Introduce initiatives to improve work relationship, build up morale and attrition management
- Increase retention of high performing talent
- Manage work performance, develop potential and create motivation of subordinates so they can work efficiently.
- Develop and improve work systems within responsible departments
- Increase efficiency in continuous operations
- Prepare and manage budgets to meet the specified plan.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or any related fields.
- Female / 30-42 years old
- Minimum 3-10 years handling overall management of the HR functions, knowledge in modern HR methodology.
- Experience in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, pay roll, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues.
- Experience with the multi-national company would be advantaged.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Positive attitude, maturity, detail-oriented, result-driven with high responsibility.
- Able to coordinate with other department and work well under pressure.
- Basic or good command of English and presentation skills
