Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแลยอดขาย ช่องทางBack office สาขา
2.ดูแล ขยายฐานลูกค้าเก่า หาลูกค้าใหม่ เพิ่มช่องทางการพัฒนายอดขายให้เพิ่มมากขึ้น
3. วางแผนติดตามลูกค้า บริการหลังการขาย อยู่เสมอ
4.วางกลยุทธ์ พัฒนาทีมขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
5. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุระหว่าง 27-45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย 5 ปีขึ้นไป มีทักษะด้านการบริหารทีม
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีใจรักในงานบริการ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์
