Job Descriptions
1.ติดต่อประสานงานกับชิปปิ้งสำหรับนำสินค้าเข้าและส่งออก 2.ตรวจเช็คเอกสารอินวอย์BL,ขาเข้า ก่อนที่จะทำการสั่งปล่อยเพื่อขออนุญาต 3.ขออนุมัติสั่งปล่อย สำหรับนำเข้าและส่งออกวัตถุดิบและรายการเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ 4.ตรวจสอบใบขนสินค้าขาเข้าและออกก่อนทุกครั้ง เพื่อยืนยันว่าถูกก่อนที่จะมีการผ่านพิธีการขาเข้า 5.ตรวจเช็คค่าใช้จ่ายเอกสารใบวางบิลค่าขนส่งสินค้านำเข้า 6.สรุปรายการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบและเครื่องจักรที่นำเข้าในแต่ละเดือนให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7.ติดต่อประสานงานเพื่อจองสายเรือและการบินสำหรับส่งออกสินค้าขาออก 8.ออกเอกสารอินวอย,แพ็คกิ้ง 9.ตรวจเช็คใบกำกับตู้สินค้า BL AWB,ใบขนสินค้าที่จะส่งออกและนำเข้า 10.ขออนุมัติMax stock สำหรับวัตถุดิบ และขออนุมัติแก้ไข Max Stock 11.ขออนุมัติ Masterlist machine สำหรับรายการเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ 12.ขออนุมัติสูตรการผลิต และแก้ไขสูตรการผลิต 13.ประสานงานกับผู้ขาย-ซื้อ เพื่อแจ้งการคืนยอดซื้อขาย Report V 14.ดูระบบการนำเข้าทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวกับ BOI
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 24 - 30 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานนำเข้าส่งออก และBOIมากกว่า 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel ,Word
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
