Job Descriptions
1 Procure materials per MRP and ensure availability of material on time
2 Handle exception messages from the MRP (send, move forward, re-schedule in/out or cancel an order); confirm and communicate related firm and forecast requirements to the suppliers
3 Identify and analyze procurement impact of point
4 Negotiate lead-times/quantities with suppliers.
5 Manage suppliers' acknowledgments, send reminders to suppliers if necessary
6 Contribute to the monitoring of the supplier's, alert internal customers whenever necessary
7 To be leader or team support of problem solving, projects
8 Escalation for the critical items
9 Escalation the purchase master data and feedback to Sourcing to maintain the system to accurate
10 Responsible for ERP key user
11 Support & drive First articles order
12 Support & drive continuous improvements of department, Company's KPI
13 Follow strictly the company standard & requirement
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Be familiar with the content of suppliers' contracts Skills
- Good communication skills (clearly and concisely)
- Good in negotiation skill
- Teamwork, Cross-functional work experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply chain, Procurement, Sourcing, planning
- Software skills, ERP, MRP, MS office especially excel (Pivot Table, Charts,...)
- Knowledge in AS9001/ISO9001/ISO14000 will be an advantage
- Chemical purchase knowledge is advantage
