Job Descriptions
Detailed job related duties - Ensure strict adherence to the production plan - Work closely and proactively with planning department to ensure production plan is being followed and customer demand has been met. - Improve efficiency and productivity for the department responsible. - To ensure optimum utilization of machine/manpower capacity. - To ensure quality of parts produced meet drawing/specification applicable. - Maintain and improve quality standards and systems - Support all relevant functions to ensure the production plan is met - Train subordinates in accordance with relevant procedures and work instructions - Implement changes from management to the workforce - Continues feedback to the management - Ensure the workplace safety requirement and regulations are followed strictly.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in related industry
  3. Strong leadership skills
  4. Have a good systematic thinking and analytical skills
  5. Good in English communication both written, spoken
  6. Ability to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team environment
  7. Ability to work closely together with foreign Management
  8. Ability to work with and improve systems and procedures, without being bound by them
  9. Understanding of basic manufacturing principles and techniques
  10. Understand of basic quality control and quality assurance principles, tools and techniques
