Job Descriptions

1.Responsible for developing and managing project schedules and milestones, as well as resource allocation strategies, to ensure that detailed designs for each project are completed on time and meet quality standards. 2.Responsible for design management, including effective communication with clients, architects, consultants, and other relevant parties to ensure the implementation of design solutions. 3.Participate in the development of the company's prefabricated building products. 4.Assist the owner in the early stages of the project by providing design proposals and offering optimization suggestions from a construction technology and materials perspective. 5.Responsible for the design of building facade systems, including glass facades, stone facades, metal facades, and other types. This includes conceptual design, optimization or detailed design of construction drawings, processing and assembly drawings, material ordering, and providing on-site guidance and technical support. 6.Ensure that facade designs comply with relevant codes and standards, and meet requirements for safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection. 7.Participate in quality inspections and acceptance of facade projects to ensure project quality.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in curtain wall shop and/or fabrication drawings.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
Must have a strong knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience in BIM is a plus.
Must be able to communicate, work independently and productively within a team environment.
Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and have good communication and grammar skills.
Must be able to read and understand technical specifications and construction drawings.
Must be able to communicate with other members of the department on technical issues.
Experience calculate the curtain wall structure is a plus.
