Job Purpose The company plans a variety of modern cream mix activities at a competitive price in a timely manner to meet customers' needs Key Responsibilities 1.Establish monthly production plans,plan development and improvement of production efficiency. 2.Analysis and contingency planning to prevent risks that may affect cream mix. 3.Analysis and planning of quality development and improvement activities and delivery as planned. 4.Plan operational activities to needs of new customers. 5.Control manpower to the production and delivery plan. 6.Target metrics to track the performance of each process. 7.Develop the skills of subordinate 8.Conduct analysis to improve the quality of people and deliveries. 9.Control production and quality in accordance with the company's customer requirements and standard systems. 10.Control the resources used in the manufacturing process. 11.To coordinate with relevant agencies in order to ensure the readiness of the production plan. 12.Manage the budget and manpower. 13.Monitor and evaluate manpower utilization according to production and delivery plans. 14.Monitor and evaluate production process performance indicators. 15.Summary of weekly unit performance report. 16.Work on improving the manufacturing process to meet the standard system. 17.Improving a machine tool for greater efficiency. 18.Improve quality image production and delivery. 19.Conduct the development of specialized knowledge and skills for subordinates.
