Job Descriptions

• Perform business assessment (get user’s requirements, define requirements, define user’s responsibility and user’s authorization). • Analyze the requirements and provide the customers with the solutions (such as standard solutions, work-around solutions, and customization solutions, etc.) • Provide key user and end user training. • Plan and execute ERP implementations. • Internal and external Project Status Reporting. • Develop deliverable documentation for customers. • Application Testing and Troubleshooting, Patch Testing, and Customer Support.

Qualifications

At least 1-2 year working experience about ERP project.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skill.
Knowledge of any ERP will be advantage.
Have at least one backgrounds on following business process – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledgers, Manufacturing, Sales or Distribution, Warehouse or Inventory Management, etc.
Good Communication, Presentation and Consultation skills
Good command of English.
Positive customer-service minded.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Engineering or related fields.
Accounting / Financial background is preferred for finance ERP support / consultant.
Knowledge in Database, MS SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS Reports will be an advantage.
