Job Descriptions

• Support user by solve ERP application’s problems via phone, remote, Line, etc. • Define requirements from customers and prepare customization proposal and customization’s specification. • Support Consultants to perform business assessment (get user’s requirements, define requirements, define user’s responsibility and user’s authorization). • Analyze the requirements and provide the customers with the solutions (such as standard solutions, work-around solutions, and customization solutions, etc.) • Support key user and end user training documents. • Application Testing and Troubleshooting, Patch Testing, and Customer Support.

Qualifications

At least 1 year working experience to support users using ERP, new Graduate are Welcome.
Knowledge of any ERP will be advantage.
Have at least one backgrounds on following business process – Manufacturing, Sales or Distribution, Warehouse or Inventory Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledgers, etc.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skill.
Good Communication, Presentation and Consultation skills
Good command of English.
Positive customer-service minded.
Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Engineering or related fields
Accounting / Financial background is preferred for finance ERP support / consultant.
Knowledge in MS SQL, Oracle Database, Crystal Reports, SSRS Reports will be an advantage
