Job Descriptions

• Manage all aspects of E-Commerce business across multiple channels, including own- website, consignments, marketplace, and social commerce • Lead in campaign planning and target setting in all online channels, plan demand and media investment for all online campaigns. • Initiate online marketing strategy to drive better traffic, and sales conversion to meet objective and KPI target Also oversee product inventory management, leveraging product insight, mix of business and overall sales data to make strategic product, content & campaign decisions that generate results. Manage end to end reporting of ecommerce channels: Sales, sell-through, conversion rate &traffic. Work with relevant analytics tools to identify competition analysis and develop strategy to stay ahead Work with digital marketing team for result campaign on each marketing channel Coordinate with internal departments, regional E-Commerce team, and 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverables in timely manner. Supervise sales and managing the brand's online sales channels in charge. - Plan online sales - Set sales targets and online promotion budget - Collaborate with the brand team and warehouse team to plan and manage the amount of inventory Collaborate with teams outside the company Coordinate with international teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in BBA/ Ecommerce / Digital Marketing or related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience of digital marketing or media experience from fashion retail or media agency
Excellent knowledge in digital media landscape in general and social strategy in Ads Manager, Business Manager, and relevant social media advertising tools especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, and etc.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Trends,Google Ads, SEO, SEM, EDM, etc.)
Ability to maintain performance expectations and able to work in fast-paced environment
Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills
