- ดูแลงานด้านการถอดแบบ อ่านแบบ ประเมินราคาเพื่อเสนอราคาประมูล ประกอบด้วยการถอดปริมาณงาน BOQ - ตรวจสอบและดูแลเอกสาร MEP work - ควบคุมดูแลหน้างานของตึกอาคารเฟส 1-2 - วางแผนการก่อสร้างเบื้องต้น (Preliminary Planning) เพื่อคิดปริมาณงานจริงเพื่อเบิกจ่าย - การทำ Budget & Cost Control ฯลฯ - จัดทำรายงาน และนำเสนองานโครงการต่างๆ

Qualifications

Have experience in structural, architectural, and interior decoration work, and familiar with MEP work.
Good communication, coordination, and execution skills, serious work, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills and attention to detail. And also can work under pressure.
Have a car diving license
Good command in English skill
