Job Descriptions
1.Define objectives, plan, and manage resource utilization, including budgeting, recruitment, and team development, while overseeing the production units to ensure the delivery of high-quality products according to production plans. 2.Manage the production process by implementing the Production Excellence Framework to ensure efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective operations, with a focus on safety. 3.Develop workforce management plans and strategies, including enhancing team capabilities, to enable the achievement of operational goals. 4.Monitor operational results in all dimensions to ensure alignment with set objectives and compliance with company policies. 5.Collaborate with other departments to innovate products or introduce new materials, continuously improve processes, and develop personnel, providing guidance to staff in line with senior management policies.
Qualifications
  1. Graduated in Engineering or related fields.
  2. Deep knowledge of MS-Office programs especially Excel Product Management is of advantage.
  3. Well performing in a team but also a high sense of responsibility while working independently.
  4. 5-8-year experiences in food & beverage manufacturing.
  5. Understanding supply chain excellence framework; TMP, Lean, or related.
  6. Good communication and presentation skills in English and Thai.
  7. A highly developed sense for necessary and aimless tasks and policies in production environment.
  8. A highly developed sense for efficiency in time management, raw material waste.
  9. Methodically approach to tasks and analytical mindset.
