Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor at Drive Car Rental in Bangkok. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of employees, ensuring efficient operations management, and monitoring performance. They will also be responsible for maintaining and improving operational processes, analyzing data, and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส และ มีทัศนคติในการทำงาน
- ทักษะการกำกับดูแลและการจัดการการดำเนินงาน
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่แข็งแกร่ง
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี และตรงต่อเวลา
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและเป็นระเบียบ
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์หรือให้เช่าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Supervisory Skills and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in operations or a related field
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in the automotive or rental industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
