Job Descriptions- Handling customer complaints (Line claim, Market claim and Warranty claim), and coordinating internally among department to take corrective/preventive action and quickly response to customer's concerns.
- Organize customer audit preparation and follow up the corrective and preventive action to ensure the effectiveness of the system.
- Handling new project or any changing point project that should be inform customer, since project kick-off until mass production and intial control phase.
- Establish quality document and review control plan, FMEA, then collect related document to customer PPAP approval.
- May lead team to analysis non conformity product by General performance testing and other testing, including reliability testing.
- Maintain procedures and standard of department to improve according to IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 requirement and customer requirement to ensure the effectiveness to the QMS and EMS foe department.
- Control to achieve KPI target of department, may act as quality engineer for quality planning, also have the ability to instruct quality engineer.
- A person in charge to IMDS system of Diamond Electric
in Thailand both IMDS supplier and IMDS customer.
