Job Descriptions
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Organizing interviews and selection events
- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
- Helping applicants prepare for interviews
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a corporate recruiter/ recruitment agency
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and is driven by numbers
- Self starter, works well independently as well as in groups
