2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and service levels and reduce delivery times provided by the Sales Engineering Department.
3. Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback trends to identify and resolve frequent problems and designing procedures and documents to encourage problem solving and customer satisfaction.
4. Managing budgets and costs and ensuring that they are kept at an optimum level.
5. Managing stock and inventory of spare parts including service tools.
6. Cooperating and negotiating with related Departments, suppliers, customers to ensure that costs, quality and service standards are met.
7. Summarize and report progress/result of SE operations, problems, inquiries, etc
