Job Descriptions
1.Recruitment & Selection ·Manage the full recruitment lifecycle,including sourcing,screening, interviewing, and hiring for factory and administrative positions ·Optimize recruitment processes to meet organizational goals and staffing needs 2.Onboarding Program Management ·Develop and manage onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the company culture 3.Training and Development ·Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation and initial training ·Design and manage employee development programs and budgets ·Implement annual training plans and coordinate with relevant departments to meet employee development needs 4.Performance Management ·Review and enhance the Performance Management System(PMS) ·Manage the performance evaluation process and communicate outcomes to stakeholders ·Set and monitor annual performance goals ·Analyze and present performance metrics to support strategic decisions. 5.Compensation & Benefits ·Develop and maintain a competitive compensation structure aligned with industry standards and company budgets ·Design and administer employee benefits programs to attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations 6.Labor Relations ·Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in compliance with labor laws and company policies ·Manage disciplinary actions and terminations with fairness and consistency ·Draft and oversee employee contracts to ensure legal compliance and clarity ·Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards 7.Organizational Development (OD) ·Analyze organizational needs and implement growth plans ·Establish and apply performance evaluation criteria ·Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to capture internal best practices ·Conduct manpower planning to forecast staffing requirements and optimize resource utilization 8.Employee Engagement&Retention ·Implement strategies to reduce turnover,including career development
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and workplace safety practices.
  4. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (Tigersoft).
