Training
1.Developing an organization's annual learning and development plan.
2.Creating a training road map.
3.Following up to drive individual development programs successfully.
4.Developing and conducting an on-boarding program.
5.Perform “Internal Trainer” role for assigned in-house training programs.
6.Manage the training budget and ensure the company obtains the best possible pricing.
Talent Development and Succession Planning
1.Identifying high-potential employees and creating individual development plans to support their growth.
2.Designing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
3.Develop and implement a talent management and succession planning strategy.
4.Identify high-potential employees and provide opportunities for development and growth.
Organizational Development
1.Collaborate with key business stakeholders to plan and execute change projects and strategies that align with the organization's Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan.
2.Conduct organizational assessments, recommend changes, and design new structures and job roles to improve management processes and meet quality standards.
3.Develop organization-wide processes to enhance employee and organizational satisfaction.
4.Maintain ongoing communication with all levels of administration and staff to deliver OD services and consulting support, closely working with executives to advance program development.
5.Consult with organizational leadership on strategic planning sessions to align departmental goals with the organization’s mission, vision,and values.
Qualifications - Female 35-43 years old up.
- At least 10 years' up experience in HR field.
- Bachelor’s Degree Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Human Resource Management, Psychology Major, or related fields.
- Excellent command of English. (Or TOEIC at least 550)
- Skills in communication, explanation and interpretation
- Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good personality and human relations.
- Can use Excel [Pivot, VLOOKUP]
- Have experience to proceed visa & work permit
- Have knowledge in HR background overall functions
