Job Descriptions
- ดูแลร้านค้าSME E-commerce ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์,Line,Line Official - ให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานระบบOMS กับลูกค้าใหม่ - ดูแลลูกน้องในทีม - คอยซัพพอร์ทและแก้ไขปัญหา - ประสานงานแผนกอื่นๆภายในบริษัท - ตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่ง - ทำเคลมขนส่ง - จัดทำ Report งานที่ทำทุกๆวัน - รายงานผลปฏิบัติงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาได้รับทราบ - อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง
  2. อายุ 28-35 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิ ปวส. – ปริญญาตรี
  4. ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทนต่อความกดดัน
  5. ไม่เกี่ยงงาน ทำงานได้หลายหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  6. อัธยาศัยดี เข้ากับคนอื่นได้ง่าย สามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ตัวเองได้ดี
  7. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Platform Lazada,Shopee,JD และ การเชื่อมต่อAPI
  8. มีใจรักบริการ ใส่ใจลูกค้าเป็นหลัก มี Service mind มีทักษะในการเจรจา
  9. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  10. มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน สามารถตอบแชทถึง 21.00น.
  11. มีทักษะในการทำงานกับผู้บริหาร
