Job Descriptions
- Solves day to day problems by executing a full scale of customer service activities (Sales order processing, scheduling update, customer complaints, payment, purchasing)
- Actively monitors and tracks demand vs forecast, standard order lead time for analysis and process improvement in cooperation with customer and factory.
- Coordinate with logistics for booking schedule, shipment arrangement. Provide necessary document for customs clearance (invoice, packing and B/L or AWB)
- Enters update Quotation into company system (eWORKFLOW).
- Enters new material master into company system (eWORKFLOW and SAP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Experience 5 years up about Customer Coordinator, Customer Administrator with Trading & distribution or Sales Company is advantaged. New Graduated are welcome.
- Good command in English both Speaking and Writing.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, experience in SAP is advantaged.
- Work well under pressure, able to multi-task, strong organization and problem-solving skill.
