Job Descriptions

•Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions. •Educate and train the sales team on the technical aspects of our submersible pump products. •Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and potential customers. •Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and quotations, including technical specifications and pricing. •Conduct product research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to the sales team. •Collaborate with the engineering team to develop custom solutions when required. •Address and resolve technical inquiries and issues raised by customers. •Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and build relationships with clients. •Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical documentation, and sales support activities.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years work experience in pump and/or wastewater treatment equipment
•Proven experience in a technical sales support role, preferably in the submersible pump
•Strong understanding of submersible pump technology and related mechanical systems.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
•Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
•Proficiency in using CRM, AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Good command of English with communication level.
•Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and 3D program will be advantaged.
