Job Descriptions
•Provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored solutions that address customer needs and maximize sales opportunities. •Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clearly explain the features and benefits of our products to customers. •Prepare technical documents such as business proposals, product specifications, and pricing to support the sales process. •Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and drive business growth. •Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to provide relevant, timely information to customers. •Provide training and post-sales support, including troubleshooting, installation guidance, and ongoing technical assistance as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineer or related fields (optional for Mechanics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering)
  2. Have an experience for Sales Engineer/Sales Executive/Sales Representative in Food and Beverage/Bulk Materials/Energy business industry over 5-10 years.
  3. Good Command in communicate and written English
  4. Negotiation skills, Strong communication
