Reporting:
o Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for management and sales teams.
o Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to help the team understand their performance.
o Prepare Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Sales Reports for GM
Market Research:
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
o Provide analysis and recommendations based on market research to support sales strategies.
Sales Performance Evaluation:
o Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives. (Sales Efficiency, Sales performance record.
o Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize sales performance.
Sales Planning:
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans and initiatives.
o Provide input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and market segmentation.
Database Management:
o Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
o Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track and manage sales activities.
Communication:
o Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
o Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Training and Support:
o Support Training Manager to train sales team on tools, processes, and data interpretation.
o Offer insights to help the team improve their sales strategies and achieve targets.
