Job Descriptions
-ติดต่อขอรายละเอียดจากผู้ขาย - เจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไข - ดำเนินการจัดทำเอกสารจัดซื้อ - ดำเนินการจัดซื้อ - ส่งเอกสารการจ่ายเงินให้ฝ่ายการเงิน - ติดตามผลการส่งมอบวัตถุดิบและสินค้า - ประสานงานกับหัวหน้าคลังสินค้าในกรณีที่สินค้ามาแล้วเกิด ปัญหาต่าง ๆ - เปิดใบสั่งซื้อทั้งในและต่างประเทศ - ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของเอกสารการขอซื้อ - ส่งเอกสารให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องลงนาม - จัดเก็บเอกสารการจัดซื้อ - ส่งเอกสารการจัดซื้อให้ฝ่ายบัญชี - จัดทำข้อมูลผู้ขาย - ขั้นตอนการนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ - ขั้นตอนหลังการนำเข้าสินค้า - จัดทำเอกสารขอใบอนุญาตต่าง ๆ เช่น นำเข้า ,ส่งออก - การค้นหา New Item / New Supplier / New Price - เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของบริษัทฯตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - อื่น ๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ชายหรือหญิง อายุ 28-45 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.หรือ ปริญญาตรี
  3. ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถทำงานดภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
  5. ถ้ามีความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. เคยมีประสบการณ์ได้ประสานงานกับลูกค้า LG มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม word , excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  8. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้และมีใบขับขี่
  9. สามารถทำด้าน BOI ได้ จะพิจาณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
