Job Descriptions
Support Document
- Revise shipping invoice.
- Clearing shipment with Logistics.
- Prepare Privilege document for Free Zone, EPZ Zone.
- Prepare export invoice for return defective.
- Sending document to Customer.
Stock Control
- Monthly stock count 100% check.
Service Support
- Coordinate with warehouse.
- Other Customer Administration job assignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Experience 1-2 years about Customer Coordinator, Customer Administrator with Trading or Sales Company is advantage
- Good command in English both Speaking and Writing is more advantage
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Excel (Ex. Vlookup, Pivottable) is required
- SAP experience will be advantaged
- Work well under pressure, able to multi-task, strong organization, and problem-solving skill
