Job Descriptions
•Responsible for overall Accounting Receivable function to enable the company to receive on time : Issue invoices and execute Account Receivable; Assist in performing Account Receivable and produce related reports.
•Assist in coordinating and completing the month end and year end book close.
•Invoice submission and bill placement process to client.
•Bank reconciliation account
•Daily/Monthly closing and process journals as required.
•Maintain and control petty cash payments and reimbursements and perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
•Any other related and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Age 22-30 years of age
- At least 1-2 years experience in Accounting/Finance role and strong background in reporting
- Microsoft Excel is preferable
- Experience in Navision Program (365 Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)
