Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
1)规范预算编制、执行、分析、评价原则
Standardize the principles of budgeting, implementation, analysis and evaluation
2)组织开展年度/月度预算编制工作，并召开预算评审会
Organize and carry out annual/monthly budget work, and hold budget review meeting
3)公司KPI绩效指标设定及结果输出
Company KPI performance index setting and result output
4)预算执行过程监控，监控预算预警机制，促进公司经营目标实现
Monitor the budget implementation process, monitor the budget early warning mechanism, and promote the realization of the cost target
5)滚动预算调整与分析
Rolling budget adjustment and analysis
6)组织召开经营例会，分析预算与实际成本差异
Organize finance meeting to analyze the difference between budget and actual cost
7)公司经营测算
Company operation calculation
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree. Accounting, finance Major
- Can speak Chinese or English
- At least 1 year working experience
- Familiar with the cost structure of automobile enterprises, strong learning ability, and able to quickly grasp the calculation principles and logic of cost data
- Familiar with basic accounting knowledge and costing knowledge
