5. Bookings the business trip flights, hotels and transportations for expats and visitors.
6. Review and update forms & letters, administration templates when required.
7. Prepare and issue related letters to staff.
8. Provide office administrative support to ensure smooth running of the organization including manage office supplies, stationeries, incoming mails, and vehicle administration.
9. Support VISA Work permit
10. Providing related report, weekly, monthly, and annual report.
11. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
