Job Descriptions
-Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements with minimum inventory levels, whilst optimizing costs. -Ensure delivery schedule to meet the schedule plan as involved parties require -Contribute to supplier meetings and negotiations to ensure demand for materials is met. -Review supplier capacity to meet with customer demand. -Monitor production status, ensure timely delivery, provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction- ability to analyze bottleneck process and implement the solution -Assist in production risk assessment, mitigation activities, determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production. Also evaluate current production processes then recommend improvements. -Participate in engineering changes such as production line extensions and/or new product launches to endure orderly transition for production flow. -Maintaining SAP Parameter , BOM , CT.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Logistic Engineer or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience management level for Raw Material planning or Production Planning.
  3. Experience in automotive manufacturing and knowledge Incoterm would be advantage.
  4. Experience for SAP system.
  5. Proactive and service minded and can work under pressure and changing.
  6. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.
  7. Good command of English.
