Job Descriptions
• Collaborate with team members to execute team activities. • Arrange appointments, organize and provide service on any meetings. • Manage databases, document filings and generate department reports as required on regularly basis. • Organize the resources necessary to put together high-quality sales presentations. • Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders are always up to date and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed. • Handle email correspondence and liaison with relevant departments.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any related business fields.
  2. 1-2 years of working experience in support function or similar roles.
  3. Skillful in computer programs and typing especially with Microsoft Office suite.
  4. Service mind and team working skills with assertiveness personality.
  5. Time management and communication skills are essential.
  6. Strong attention to details and deadline.
  7. Microsoft Office skills are required, especially Microsoft Excel.
