Job DescriptionsRESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with the Head of Team to manage and coordinate team members in executing team activities effectively.
• Oversee the team's agreements, coordinating with team members, clients, and legal advisors to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Track and manage company agency and non-disclosure agreements; liaise with team members and clients to facilitate the signing process.
• Arrange appointments, organize meetings, and provide logistical support to ensure smooth execution of all team engagements.
• Manage team resources, maintain databases, organize document filings, and generate department reports on a regular basis.
• Assist with internal reporting on financial forecasts and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while managing client inquiries, ensuring they are tracked and allocated to the appropriate team members for follow-up.
• Handle email correspondence and liaise with relevant departments to respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Support sales initiatives by preparing presentations and materials for client meetings.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new team members by providing training on administrative processes and tools.
