Job Descriptions
Mainly taking care of existing client (Thai Company client) and taking care of new client. • Visit customer, analyze situation, follow up result • Maintain relationship with existing customer and find new prospects customer • Follow up and solve related problems in order to meet the customer's satisfaction • Work with sales team and relevant team • Responsible for customer order processing including order review, logistic fulfillment, and document preparation such as Quotation, Packing List, Proforma Invoice, Invoice, Receipt, and Billing Note. • Handle on sales activity for increase sales target • Preparation and dispatch of product samples • Accomplishing relevant works to the inventory control by the system introduced by the Company. • Exhibit at two exhibitions a year (Worked on holidays) • Issue P/O, invoice, and shipping documents • Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in related field
  2. At least 2 years have experience in Sales(B to B) in any industries
  3. Good computer & typing skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  4. Good command of English (To communicate with JP MD and client)
