Job Descriptions

Responsivities: - Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions - Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability - Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints - Open new customer accounts - Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise - Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs - Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary - Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions Locations: 66 Tower at BTS Udomsuk Working Day: 6 Days/week Working time: 09:00-18:00 PM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Open for New grad
Experience in Customer Service Field, Call Center, or Collections are prefer
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, customer services environment
Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
Ability to work individually and as a team member
Strong Communication Skills
Need to communicate in Chinese with HSK Level 4 – 6 or can communicate in English.
Can work 6 days/week
