Job Descriptions
-กำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ เป้าหมาย และกลยุทธ์ของโครงการด้าน Health Tech -รวบรวมความต้องการจากผู้ใช้งาน (Requirement Gathering) และแปลงเป็น Product Backlog -จัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานและสร้าง Roadmap ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจ -ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนา (Development Team) ผ่านกระบวนการ Agile/Scrum -ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เช่น ทีมการตลาด ทีมขาย และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง -ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าโครงการ ประเมินความเสี่ยง และแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงรุก -รับฟังความคิดเห็นจากผู้ใช้งาน (User Feedback) และปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เหมาะสม -จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการให้กับผู้บริหารและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง -นำเสนอแนวคิดและนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ ที่สามารถเพิ่มมูลค่าให้แก่ผลิตภัณฑ์
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Project Owner, Product Owner หรือ Project Manager อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Health Tech หรือประสบกาณ์ทางด้านพยาบาลจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ Health Tech, Telemedicine หรือ Digital Health Solution
  4. ทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการนำเสนออย่างมืออาชีพ
  5. มีความคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Thinking) และสามารถแก้ปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือการบริหารโครงการ เช่น Jira, Trello, Asana ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีทักษะการจัดการความเสี่ยง (Risk Management) และการควบคุมงบประมาณ (Budget Management)
