Working hours: 6 days (Mon – Fri: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m./Sat: Work from home) Working location: Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9) ***Interested applicants, please submit your updated English resume with contact phone number, current and expected salary. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. *** *** Able to start working immediately will be considered an advantage.*** Responsibilities: - Handling import and export shipments and coordinating with the supplier form abroad, freight forwarding agent, customs clearance broker, and internal department (merchandise, sourcing, buying). - Responsible for control proceeding both Import-Export Customs Formalities Clearance and related government parties. - Managing shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, B/L FTA Forms, Checking the accuracy of import-export documents. - Ensure that shipments will be on schedule as needed. - Monitor and update status to customer - To perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Business Management or a related field.
Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export, Freight forwarding or equivalent.
Have knowledge in import / export process is MUST.
Fair - Good command in reading and writing English.
High responsible and willing to learn.
Strong interpersonal skill and able to work with others as teamwork.
Service-mind, hard working and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of FTA form, D, E, JTEPA and H.S. code classification would be advantage.
Have experience in Customs data entry / Customs Clearance / Certificate of origin / License/Permit is plus.
Have experiences in FDA or Tiffa is plus.
