Job Descriptions
- Manage and lead HR group, Accounting & ERP group including Facilities and maintenance group
- Communicate and link between local management and Japanese Director
- Link and support to manufacturing site
- Support and comply to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 activities
- Work closely with HR management to organizational management
Qualifications
- Male or Female, More than 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree and up in any field
- Experience HR and Accounting field in management level of manufacturing firm more than 10 years
- Communication excellent in English and Japanese is advantage
- ERP Implement experience is a plus
- Good organizational skills and handle multi task
- Facilities related experience is a plus
- Flexible and self motivated
