Job Descriptions
Sales Manager responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team. This position is in-charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. Also, another main task is to oversee the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
Qualifications
- Male or Female (Thai or Foreign)
- 30+ yrs old
- With at least 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate
- Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership roles
- Good communication skills both English (reading and writing)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Can speak another language is an advantage
- Have Thai driving license
- Willing to work in Pattaya, Chonburi
