We are looking for a Residence Administrator who is expertise in customer service and to ensure guest experience satisfaction. What you can expect in a Residence Administrator role at Big Tree Residence:
▪ Attend daily briefings and weekly meetings to discuss tenants’ details, service plans, follow up,
and other agendas set by the in-charge
▪ Administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, answering phones, and respond to guests and
tenants via media platforms (Line Official, Email, Facebook, and Instagram)
▪ Ensure that residential information is accurately recorded on the management files and
produce reports as required
▪ Handle daily communication with the resident, maintenance log book, document, memo,
announcement, transaction, contract, invoice, receipt and bank statement
▪ Processing forms of payments and responding to guest inquiries
▪ Update stock for cleaning amenities and maintenance tools
▪ Ensure resident’s understanding and compliance with residence terms and conditions
▪ Assist guest during move-in and move-out process
▪ Support the Residence Manager, Deputy Manager, and Marketing for administration related tasks
