Job Descriptions
Job Description
-Perform Japanese coordination for Expatriates as JP-HR & GA
-Coordinator and Japanese Translator (HR & GA).
Ex. Staff Handbook, Welfare ext (ร่วมกับผู้จัดการและฝ่ายบริหาร)
-Support Admin-GM's assignment related to HR & GA.
-Coordinate and support communication for Japanese employees related to HR & GA Services.
-Reservation Center (Car, Hotel, Flight, etc.), and Office Admin.)
-Support Japanese Recruitment as coordinator based on assignment.
-Support Overseas Business Trip's tasks.
-Support Employee Relations tasks and internal communication.
-Other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- เพศ หญิง/ชาย
- อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ในงานด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (N2 ขึ้นไป)
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
