Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลและติดตั้ง ระบบการสื่อสาร ทั้งหมดรวมถึง E-mail, ระบบ Network และ Internet ทั้งหมด 2.แก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านสารสนเทศ ทั้ง Hardware, Software , Operating System แก่บุคคลากรของบริษัทฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 3.แนะนำการใช้งานและดูแลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ -ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ บนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้ใช้ 4.ติดตั้ง ดูแล แก้ปัญหาการใช้งานระบบเครือข่าย LAN ภายในองค์กร 5.ติดตั้งโปรแกรมการใช้งานพื้นฐานได้ 6.Upgrade Software ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ 7.ดูและระบบ Backup, Restore และตรวจสอบฐานข้อมูล 8.ติดต่อประสานงานกับ องค์กรภายนอก (vendor) 9.ดูแล บำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ 10.จัดทำข้อมูลการใช้งาน การส่งซ่อม หรือข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นต่อการบริหารงานทางด้าน IT 11.ทำงานร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชาตรวจสอบและประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบเครือข่าย, Server, IT Infrastructure
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. 18 ปีขึ้นไป การศึกษา ปวส./ ปริญญาตรี สารสนเทศ , คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์หรือฝึกงานเกี่ยวกับงาน IT Infrastructure
  4. เคยมีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานกับฝ่ายโรงงาน
  5. มีทัศนะคติที่ดีและ มองโลกในแง่บวก มีใจรักบริการ ตรงต่อเวลา ขยัน อดทน
  6. ใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานทางคอมพิวเตอร์ได้
  7. สามารถเดินทางได้คล่องตัว
