Job Responsibilities :
Operation breakdown/ bulletin – Making and approving Operation Bulletins is one of the main tasks. Releasing style OB, line layout chart for line(s) to be done based on a scheduled plan. Productivity analysis a person should know how to analyze the labor productivity of the factory and sewing lines. Line Capacity Study. Find out bottleneck operation. Line Balancing.
Qualifications
- Qualifications and experience : • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience
- Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality systems.
- Able to work under pressure and complete tasks within a present time-frame.
- Good planning and analytical skills.
- Must have the ability to supervise a team of workers and staff.
- Good communication skills in English.
- High responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High computer skills
