Job Descriptions
To assists customers in selecting cannabis products, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on individual preferences and needs. Responsibilities include explaining product details, handling transactions, maintaining a welcoming environment and to source new products. Strong customer service, knowledge of cannabis strains and effects, and the ability to guide new and experienced customers alike are essential for this role.
Qualifications
  1. To be able to speak Thai / English
  2. Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
  3. Knowledge of Cannabis Products: Familiarity with different strains, effects, dosages, and consumption methods.
  4. Compliance Awareness: Understanding of local laws and regulations related to cannabis sales and handling.
  5. Attention to Detail: Ability to handle transactions accurately and maintain product inventory.
  6. Communication Skills: Clear verbal skills to explain product details and offer recommendations effectively.
  7. Sales Experience: Background in retail or sales to assist with product promotions and upselling.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to learn new products quickly and adjust to customer needs and store policies.
  9. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer concerns or questions and offer solutions.
  10. Product Enthusiasm: Genuine interest in cannabis products and the ability to share that passion with customers.
  11. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep the workspace tidy, and ensure efficient flow during peak hour
