Job Descriptions
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting process
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Coordinate Recruitment process in client factory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, or any related fields
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to go to work by yourself (must have vehicle for work)
- Able to go to client for coordinate recruitment process
